Taura was amazing. My wife and I were relocating from MD to Vegas. Taura assisted us with finding a condo to rent until we could find a home. She requested our requirements and provided plenty of options that met them. She did pretty much all the work to where all we had to do was sign documents. Once we were in Vegas, she received our home requirements and sent us plenty of options for us to look at. When showing a home, she always arrived before us. She would have already walked around the home allowing us to walk around on our own. When there were things to point out, she would always let us know. When it was time to purchase, she always stayed in contact with us and made sure we understood all documentation. Whenever I had questions, she would always respond in a timely manner. If the time was not opportune, she would send me a message providing a time that she would reach back to me. Finally she assisted us in selling our home. One additional step she provided was she researched and interviewed potential realtors for us to work with in our new location. Taura is awesome. Not only would I recommend her as an agent, I would recommend her to other agencies as the agent all agents should aspire to be like. ReviewI first met with Taura about two years ago when she was going over the home buying process with my sister-in-law and her husband.  I was so impressed with her that I asked for her card with no serious intentions on moving to Las Vegas but wanted it just in case. Well as life tends to throw us curve balls, Vegas became more of a reality. So, I called Taura up and to my surprise she remembered me (I was impressed with that).  I explained my situation and she immediately jumped on top of everything.   She begam to email me homes, she sent me information on schools, she had a list of vendors to help me with my needs.  I wasn’t surprised though because my in-laws told me she stood outside at 6:00 am to try to secure the lot they wanted when they purchased their home (another reason I kept her card). She exemplified tenaciousness, and someone who worked hard for her clients. She is literally a one stop shop, and she will make it happen!Taura was on top of the communication, she negotiated an awesome deal on my home, and I mean awesome it was a new build and I didn’t think there was any room for any negotiation.  She has continued to keep and touch and see if I need anything. I am a Veteran and I have a high level of expectations so I cannot say enough about the professionalism and knowledge she provided me throughout the entire process.  If I could give her 100 stars I would because she earned it.  I am very happy with her she set the bar. I was browsing homes in Las Vegas that I thought would meet meet my specific needs after selling my house in LA. I was lucky to have Taura be the first realtor to contact me. She was able to do almost all of the legwork as I had to remain in LA due to commitments so mostly phone and video communication was utilized.
